Christina Rae Almeida is a breathwork and women's empowerment coach, sobriety and recovery advocate, and founder and CEO of Rae Rituals. She is on a mission to help women transform their lives and reclaim their power.

Her platform, Rae Rituals, is a membership community offering live and on-demand breathwork, health, and wellness rituals made by women for women to support mindfulness, healing, and recovery.

To further serve in her mission, Christina created a partnership with Lotus House in Miami Florida, which is the largest shelter for women and children in the country. So far, through her partnership, she has contributed $35K in in-kind product donations from the Christina Rae Shop and through offering donation-based breathwork sessions to her community.
