This document discusses and discloses the privacy policy and practices (this “Privacy Policy”) for the internet web site operated by Pildora Enterprises, LLC (collectively with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Pildora”). The terms of the Privacy Policy apply to all internet or web sites operated by Pildora (collectively, the “Site”).

Pildora wants you to know and understand the terms and conditions established by us relating to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information through the Site. For these purposes, “personally identifiable information” means data and other information transmitted or communicated via the internet that can be used by Pildora to identify and contact a unique individual.

DATA WE COLLECT

Pildora collects personally identifiable information when you visit the Site’s pages or when you voluntarily provide information to Pildora through the Site.

From time-to-time Pildora may request that visitors to the Site provide additional information, generally via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you will thus have a choice whether or not to disclose additional information that may be requested. Information requested via surveys and contests may include additional demographic information, but will usually be pretty obvious from the information requests and context.

OTHER USE WE MAY GIVE TO COLLECTED DATA

In addition to the use we may make of cookies, Pildora may also use the information collected through the Site to send you information and promotional material, to process your requests for information or services and to customize and improve the site for your future visits.

DATA WE MAY SHARE AND HOW WE SHARE IT

Pildora is not in the business of selling or renting your personally identifiable information, and we may share information about you with others only under the following circumstances:

1. when necessary to third parties who work for Pildora in order to process your requests or provide you information;

3. when you make a purchase of one or more items from our Boutique, as may be necessary to complete the transaction and process payment;

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Site contains links to other web sites and you need to be aware that other, non-Pildora web sites may not follow the same privacy policies as Pildora. For instance, if you click an ad on the Site, you may be directed away from the Site to an entirely different web site not owned or maintained by Pildora. Examples of this include links from advertisers, content providers and trade partners who may also use our logo or our style as part of a co-branding agreement. It should usually be clear when you have ventured from a Pildora Site, but be mindful that some of these other web sites may collect data from you that Pildora would not and may use that data in ways that Pildora would not.

SECURITY

Pildora takes considerable precautions to protect your personally identifiable information against theft, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction and alteration when you visit the Site. In certain areas of the Site, your information may be protected using standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also take steps to protect user-information off-line.

All of our users’ information is restricted to use solely in our offices and only for business related purposes. All of our employees and contractors that might have any access to personally identifiable information are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices–which are strictly enforced. Any time new policies are added, our employees and contractors are notified of the changes and reminded about the importance we place on privacy, as well as being updated on what they can do to ensure that your personally identifiable information is protected.

CORRECTING AND DELETING INFORMATION WE COLLECTED FROM YOU

If the information you have given Pildora through your use or access of the Site changes and you would like to modify it or if you would like to view the information Pildora has about you, you can access your personal profile and edit the information contained in it by going to the “Register” tab. In addition, if you wish to remove information about yourself from Pildora’s files, use the “Contact Pildora” form available on the Site or send an email to the address listed on the Site. With any request, provide Pildora with a means to identify you and contact you if necessary. Pildora will respond to appropriate requests within a reasonable time.

WE MAY CHANGE THE PRIVACY POLICY OCCASIONALLY

Pildora may alter, change, amend or substitute the Privacy Policy from time to time. If Pildora decides to change the Privacy Policy, we will post the upcoming changes to the Privacy Policy on the Site in advance of the changes taking effect. You should periodically check the Privacy Policy on the Site to review any pending or other changes.
